Ill try to be succint: Spike being a woman is the only way you could have a woman in the cycle without a name change, Johnny/Jenny and Timmy/Tammy have name changes but Spike is gender neutral

Each one of these cards is also on the MTG Reserved List, making a full reprint close to impossible
