Given that's there's a full art version of the card in the expansion (#142), I guess it's safe to say that this card is NOT full art
Like past Commander precons, these decks will likely be made up of new cards and reprints of older cards that work in synergy with the respective commander
But that didnt stop speculators from deciding that if Biorhythm and Lutri could come off the Commander ban list, Griselbrand might too some day, and they might as well be prepared
For more land-light decks like Storm and Izzet Tempo/Spells strategies, having your spells double as mana sources in a pinch is extremely potent
And while 90s creatures generally suck they get a whole lot stronger if we dont have to pay their absurd mana costs: I went with Crater Hellion and Thunder Dragon as mini board wipes, Multani, Maro-Sorcerer and Verdant Force as beefy dorks, but my favorite is Zodiac Dragon, a Dragon that doesnt even fly but has a big body and returns itself to hand each time it dies, which means you can do stupid stuff like cheat it out with Sneak Attack for one mana, then sacrifice it to Greater Good to draw 8 cards, return it to hand and repeat as much as you want
This design philosophy is evident in the fact that Pokemon TCG Pocket is a significantly simplified version of Pokemon TCG , featuring smaller decks, easier victory conditions, and no mulligans
