The Visionary has a few things going for it

Thragtusk is simultaneously the best card against most beatdown decks and the best way to answer an opposing Thragtusk

Abzan Charm is a more powerful card however the draw portion of it is less powerful than Esper Charm as well as it being in less commonly played colour pairings, all be it not by much these days

Certainly the deck does make a lot of Food but translating that into a win is an uphill battle, at least, in an environment full of the other LotR decks

The upside on this card is really high
